The giant oak Pferdekopfeiche (Horse-head oak) in the German nature reserve Ivenacker Eichen is about 700 years old, has a circumference of almost 9 meters, and is 23 meters high. It is the third-strongest oak in the reserve, and only a third of its crown is still alive.
