This file was initially tagged by Shrikanthv as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: http://cpim.org/elections-2014/election-issues/jammu-kashmir-issue However, there is some doubt about the status of the file, whether it was copied from the Flickr account. Personally I am a little suspicious of the "AP" watermark on the original file at Flickr, which I thought might suggest Associated Press but I am probably wrong. Anyway, there is sufficient doubt to require a full debate. Green Giant (talk) 16:14, 1 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Since the website's article is about an event on November 19-21, 2010, and the image was uploaded to Flickr on November 8, I assumed the website took it from Flickr instead of the other way round. I was not aware of the watermark. It is, however, not the same as Associated Press' logo (see www.ap.org). On the other hand, I just discovered the same Flickr account uploaded other pictures with similar watermarks (from other news organizations). Woudloper (talk) 00:11, 2 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
