Description
English: Cellular patterns in magnesian limestone The cellular, dolomitic limestones that were formed in the Permian and form cliffs on the Durham coastline frequently contain more than 97 per cent. of calcium carbonate but with magnesium carbonate occupying the spaces or ‘cells’.
